I hope to be producing video logs of my PCT adventure. In preparation, I made my first-ever Video Blog (Vlog) to introduce the trip, record some of my early expectations, and for me to learn about the available Vlogging tools. Suggestions are welcome.

How great that we get to take this adventure with you! I agree, like sailing, take it slow. And, you are so lucky to have Rose…as a wife, a lifelong partner and to support you as you undertake this adventure. We too will be taking off on May 1, but to Istanbul for some exploring and then back to the boat, after a 7+ month hiatus. Looking forward to getting back out on the water.
Istanbul was Constantinople. Now it’s Istanbul, not Constantinople. Been a long time gone, Oh Constantinople. Now it’s Turkish delight on a moonlit night.
The lyrics keep running though my head. I’ll be thinking of you when I start on the trial, likely marching along to that song!

I hate it when I get lyrics in my head…usually they won’t go away. We were watching American Idol and a contestant sang Melodie’s I got a brand new pair of roller skates, you got a brand new key!
I have woken up singing this song for the past week …driving me nuts…or nuttier.
Anyway, we are looking forward to following you even though you will not be doing it on roller skates.
